Yes, you need an LTE-compatible router with a SIM card slot. Most standard Wi-Fi routers do not have SIM slots. We can assist you in sourcing the right device. A list of approved routers for each network (MTN, Telkom) is available on the respective plan pages.

Uncapped plans include a Fair Use Policy (FUP). This means your service will never be cut off, but after reaching a certain usage threshold in a month, the network may reduce speeds slightly during peak hours.
